DIRECTIONS TO NASHVILLE SHORES

How To Get There

Nashville Shores park is located in Hermitage, Tennessee, just a few miles from downtown Nashville. It is just a few miles east off of I-40. Take I-40 and get off at the OLD HICKORY BLVD exit - exit number 221B. Go South onto OLD HICKORY BLVD. Turn RIGHT onto BELL RD. You will see signs to Nashville Shores on the left. You will enter the Nashville Shores MAIN entrance, NOT THE MARINA ENTRANCE which is the second entrance.  

HOTEL AND CAMPING INFORMATION

Below is a list of host hotels and camping and RV information for the 2009 HYDRO-TURF APBA Watercross Nationals.  The rates listed are specially reduced rates reserved for APBA participants. To get the special rate at the Vista or Springhills Suites, call reservations phone number and mention "APBA". 

Family Hotels

These hotels are the closest to the site.  There are many restaurants all around these hotels and all the hotels are only 1 mile from the site.  Most of the hotels have a cut off date of August 21, 2009 so book early if you want a discounted rate.

Exit 221 - I-40/Old Hickory Blvd Exit

There are several family hotels at the Nashville Shoes Exit that are very affordable.  Some have been OK one year and not so great the next. Ask for the "new" rooms and check the online prices as they are often much cheaper than just calling in. 

Directions to Motel 6 and Vista:

Traveling on I-40 East: Exit at Old Hickory Boulevard, exit #221-B, and travel north. Vista Inn and Motel 6 will be on the right behind Mexican restaurant.

Directions to Super 8:

Traveling on I-40 West: Exit at Old Hickory Boulevard, exit #221, and travel north. Super 8 will be on the left.

PREMIUM LODGING

The Springhill Suites by Mariott has given us the special rate of $69 per night for those wanting a nicer place to stay.

Nashville Shores Camping and RV Parking

To Reserve an RV or Tenting Camping spot call (615) 889-7050 and ask for TRICIA PRINCE ext 220 or e-mail tprince@nashvilleshores.com .  Gail that used to handle this has retired.  The will begin taking reservations on June 1, 2009.  There is a minimum charge of $120 (4 nights) to stay on site with an RV or camper at Nashville Shores.  We will be using the right side of the park and point this year for RV parking and tent camping.
