pre-registered on not, every participant is required to check in, show your

need to report to the registration area and sign the Waiver and
Release and get a wristband. No racer or holder will be
allowed on the starting line unless he/she has a wristband
indicating that he/she has signed the Waiver and Release.
Riders Meeting
It
is mandatory that all participants attend the published riders meeting
each day that you will be racing.
The rider's meeting normally takes place at 8:00 am each
morning. Roll call will be taken to insure that everyone's smiling faces
will be seen bright and early each morning.
A Freestyle rider's meeting will be held at 11:30 am on
each day that Freestyle will be run. All Freestyle participants
will at the main stage
at each event at this time. At that
time we will draw for position.
Riders who do not attend the Freestyle meeting will go first.
A $10 fine will be charged to all riders that do not attend
the riders meeting.
Pre-Race Safety Inspection
Every
participant is required to have his/her boat tech inspected.
Tech Inspection is from 7:00 am - 8:00 am.
Tech Inspection is to check to see if your boat is safe to
go on the water not to see if it is legal.
Please bring your boats to the beach along with your tether,
helmet and lifevest. You must be with your boat for it to be inspected.
Have your hoods open, handle poles up and seats or hoods removed.
Your boat must be tech inspected before you will be allowed
to practice. Here are
some of the things we are checking: proper race numbers, grips secured
and do not turn, battery cables secured, zip-ties on all fuel lines,
bow eyes removed, bumpers are in place and approved helmet and lifevest.
We also will check to make sure that your tether works properly
and that your idle has been turned down.
Safety Inspection personnel will have gauges on hand to check
intake grate and sponson depth, however, it is the riders responsibility
to ask the inspector to check these items for compliance.
